Thanks for shopping from IMRASIO. We hope you are happy with your purchase as we do a stringent quality check of our products before shipping. In case you have any issues or queries regarding your order we are here to help and issues regarding return will be considered on case to case basis.
We do not accept any return for the following reason.
- Size and weight of the product. All the dimensions are mentioned on each product and still if you have any query kindly get in touch with us before placing the order. We would answer all of them and resolve.
- Slight variation in the color of the product. Though we try hard to keep the images and lighting very similar to the actual product slight variation is possible due to lighting effect.
- Semi precious, precious and handmade jewellery that are made by hand may have slight irregularities in designs/polish/finishing that are a natural outcome of the human involvement in the process. This will not be considered a defect for exchange/refund.
We make every possible attempt to send your ordered items free from damage. However, in an unlikely event, if you receive a damaged item in transit, we offer the following return policy:
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must send us an e-mail within 24-hoursof receiving the shipment along with the Order number, Unboxing Video and Photo. Else the return or exchange will not be accepted.
- Once we receive the damaged item, we will provide you with a replacement product.
- The order can be cancelled only within 2 hours of placing it and not anytime later as we start processing it. You can Email us on email@example.com with your order number to cancel.
- For shipped order delays caused by delay in shipment delivery due to courier company or external factors like rains, pandemic restrictions or lockdown cannot be cancelled.
